3.Connect the accessory of main engine to power distribution with electric wire: connect electric shock on the temperature controller wire to the terminal box under main engine frame; connect the cooling pump to the terminal box under main engine frame.

4.Connect feeding conveyer and power distribution with electric wire: connect terminal of motor of feeding conveyer and terminal of power distribution with the label feeding conveyer with three copper core power cables(diameter≥1.5mm2).

5.Connect the electric wire between finished product conveyer and power distribution, the same way as the above.

6.Carefully check the briquette machine circuit of wire. Prevent electricity from cluster and leakage to ensure safety.

Production Process of Making Briquettes

The production process of making briquettes is of great importance when using the briquette machine to produce biomass briquettes. The following shows the concrete steps of the production process of making briquettes, we hope it may helpful for your briquette production.

i.Sorting/sieving: all unwanted materials or large biomass waste are removed to ensure that all the feedstock is of the required size. For example, the raw sawdust you collect could contain unwanted larger pieces of wood. These can be sieved out with a wire mesh.

ii.Shred biomass materials into small pieces: The biomass materials are chopped into small pieces so as to enhance their workability and compactness. The process is dependent on the type of biomass feedstock. For example, coffee husks and saw dust would not require shredding but materials such as groundnut waste, bagasse, wheat straws, barley and maize straws and cobs would need to be chopped into small sizes. In the case of carbonised biomass, the materials would need to be grounded into small pieces after they have been carbonised.

iii.Mixing: This process is done in situations where you want to use a range of different feedstock to optimise the burning characteristics of the final fuel. For example, biomass materials with high ash content could be mixed with biomass material of low ash content. Biomass with low energy content such as papers can be appropriately mixed with those of high energy content. This helps to attain the right quality (long burning period, non-smoking and odour free) that will make briquettes competitive in the market.

iv.Binder: In addition to biomass mixing, an appropriate binder is added and mixed with the biomass thoroughly. This enhances the compactness of the biomass materials and prevents them from falling apart. An example of such binders include starch or clay rich in biomass.

v.Adding water: Water is usually added to the feedstock to make them loose and easy to work on. Some biomass materials require to be soaked in water for a number of days to ensure that they are soft enough to work on.

vi.Compaction & Drying: Finally the feedstock is ready for compaction, either by machine or by hand. The briquettes will need to be left to dry for up to a week.

Cautions on Operation of Briquette Machine

As the machine for producing briquettes from all kinds of biomass materials, briquette machine plays a quite important role in the production of biomass fuels. During the producing process, correct operations can not only avoid accidents, but prolong the service life of briquette machine. The following cautions should be noticed when using briquette machine:

1. Before starting the machine, rotate the belts by hand and examine the belts whether are jammed or not.
 2. The connect screw of heating tube should be fastened before starting the machine.
 3. Before stop the continuous working machine, the machine should be rotates in the opposite direction for a minutes to stop the machine when the material are feeding completely.
 4. When the machine reopened, the heating tube should be increased to 350 degree before starting machine. The feeding amount should be less until the first briquette has been discharged, then feeding amount can be increased.
 5.The oil in the oil tank should be examined. If the oil is not enough, it should be make complete before starting the machine. If it leaks oil, the oil sealing parts should be replaced instantly.
 6. During working, the electrical currency should be concerned and the pressure should be noted to avoid of damage of motor.
 7. When the screw propeller can not rotate, the machine should be stopped instantly. The material in the feeding hopper should be cleared, and the temperature should be increase 20 degree higher than the original temperature, then the machine can be started.
 8. The direction of discharging mouth is usually face to the wall, which are advantageous to equipped the air discharging tube.
 9.People are prohibit to stand in front of the discharging mouth when operation.
 10. The lines of the briquette machine should be clean and dry, and the electricity line should be cut before stopping the machine.
 11. The stones and metal scraps prohibit entering into the feeding hopper. If the abnormal founded, the machine should be stopped to examine.
 12. All the lubrication parts should be greased every two mouth.
 13. The machine should be well connected with ground before starting the machine, to avoid of accidents.
