Problems Caused by Wearing Parts of Briquette Machine

Being used to press biomass pulverized materials, the wear of briquette machine is inevitable, especially for the wearing parts. The wear of briquette machine will not only affects the service life of briquette machine, but the molding process of the briquette machine. Therefore, we should spare no effort to find ways to reduce its wear so as to extent its duration. The following are the problems caused by wearing parts:

1. The wearing parts of briquette press are related to many fields such as mechanics, physics, chemistry, metallurgy, mechanical engineering subjects.
2. If they can not be repaired timely, the wearing parts will result in the interruption of the entire production line, which may affect the productivity of the machine.
3. The frequency changing of wearing parts is a waste money and human labor, which has increased the production cost of enterprise.
4. One of the most important things an operator can do for his machine is to make sure it is properly lubricated. It not only reduces the friction, but also reduces the amount of wear that occurs during operation. Don’t forget to check all lubricants. Oil-mist lubrication is a good solution for the damaging effect of warm, humid environments.
5. Proper storage of briquette machine. The machine should be stored under cover whenever possible. Rotors, propellers and spindles etc should be rotated frequently. Inspect idle machine for rust, condensation and contamination.

In the production of briquettes, the content above should be noticed to increase the production and prolong the service life of the briquette machine.
