Crusher
For proper working of biomass briquette press and drying machine in the biomass briquetting plant, the size of biomass waste is an important factor in the production. There are two types of crushing machine available for make suitable size sawdust or biomass grain for following drying machine and biomass briquette press in biomass briquetting plant. The choice of proper model depends on the types and size of your materials.
In the biomass briquetting plant, the series wood crusher is suitable for preparing sawdust or biomass small grains for briquette press and dryer. It can crush raw wood of size less than 200mm (diameter) into size of 3-5mm (diameter).
It is necessary to use a wood crusher if your raw material is raw wood. Wood crusher can process raw and fresh wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After crushed, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting or drying.

Hammer mill
In the briquetting plant, hammer mill is suitable for preparing suitable size raw material for briquette press and dryer. It can mill raw material like tree branch, tree trimming, wood chips, wood cuttings, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw of size max 50mm.after milled, the output size can reach diameter3-5mm, that is good for working of following fryer and briquette press.
Drying is important for the proper preparation of materials prior to their briquetting. To make good quality briquette with high density, it is very important to control the moisture content of raw material to 8-12% before loading then into biomass briquette machine, so sawdust and other kinds of biomass need to be dried first.

Flash dryer
The whole system consist of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock, In this system, wet material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air. Those hot air is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and moved through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, moisture evaporates as the material traverse along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharged end. Humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried. The air lock in the outlet stops the hot air to be exhausted to the atmosphere, but release the dried materials via cyclone.
